Who is the wealthiest person in MLM / Network Marketing?
And how much is it estimated he/she is making and is worth?
More specifically, who is the wealthiest person who has MADE their money in MLM?
I assume there is at least one famous person since MLMers proclaim it to be the greatest business on earth.
Somehow I don't think the fact that Trump spoke at a convention for ACN means he is doing MLM. Funny stuff though.
The owners of the parent corporations are not what I am asking about. I am talking about someone who signed up with an MLM and made his/her millions. Thanks.
Most of people who get "rich" in Network Marketing, get that way from putting on training seminars and selling CDs, Tapes, DVDs and other training material.
I read somewhere that one of the big Amway/Quixtar gurus makes about $250,000 per year but only about $30,000 per year comes from the "product" side. The rest comes from the "motivational" side.
One thing though: The phrase "Fake It Till You Make It" runs rampant through all levels of organizations so it is next to impossible to tell who is making any money. If people are losing money (as most are) they act like they are making money. If people are making a little money, they act like they are making a lot.
Sorry, I know this doesn't answer your question but hopefully it helps a little.

Wayne Z - what you “read somewhere” isn’t quite correct. The average income from Amway bonuses alone for a “Diamond” or above is $150,000/yr, and that before Amway raised the bonuses last year. 5 years ago they reported the average yearly income for Founders Executive Diamond and above was over $1.3million/yr - again, this is entirely “product” money, none of that is “tool” money. Amway has a number of folk who are at this level in multiple countries, so earning it multiple times. One fellow is Crown Ambassador in 3 or 4 separate countries. There’s a million dollar bonus on top of everything else each time he’s done this.
One issue that arises in such a discussion is that anyonw making this kind of money is reinvesting it and generating more wealth. It’s as a result of their NWM business, but the reinvestments are not income directly from NWM. Same with things like “tool income” and speaking fees. They’re earning that because of their success in NWM, so one could say it’s money from NWM.

SmartGuy7070 - $4million a day works out as a yearly income of close to $1.5billion. I’m guessing you’re being facetious. haha.
The person at the top. Usually the Founder. 99% of people fail in MLM. But the ones that make it, make it big! I've known people to make over 6 figures.

Dick DeVoss…do a google search, but i'm pretty sure. He's president of Amway, which used to be a MLM…not too sure if it still is.

My upline has over 6 million people in his downline and makes something like 4 million dollars a day. He probably is the richest because he has the nicest apartment I have ever seen.

Within the company my wife and I are involved in, there are over 400 people at the NVP level. The average income for that group is over 250k per year. The top income earners are getting a multiple of that number. This is documented, published information, and is not unique to our company. While there is certainly no comparison between the top earners in network marketing and those who have started tech companies, run hedge funds, developed real estate empires, etc, there are probably more six figure incomes on a percentage basis than most any “traditional” employer, IF you look at people who actively build a network business, do it on a full time basis, and have done so for a reasonable period of time.
